But the truth is, it will only slow down their weight loss process because once the body feels that it is in a starvation mode, it will then store as much body fat as it can thus, making you not lose weight even more. You will even start having unwanted hair fall due to starvation.

4.Drink plenty of water. People should always have lots of water intake in order to keep themselves hydrated. Start your day by eating right. Eat oatmeal, yogurt, high-fiber, low-sugar cereals instead of bacon and eggs. Potato salad, French fries, macaroni and cheese might be replaced with fresh vegetables salads. Plan your meals. Use cookbooks to help and guide you with this decision. Remember not to eat very fast during your meals. Eat slowly and then stop when you are satisfied. 30-40 minutes of exercise and performing low impact aerobic activity will burn your calories and will also keep your heart healthy. Swimming is also a great way especially if you are quite overweight or have joints problems. Other ways are to have a proper rest.
